Do I need a separate subscription for ecommerce?
No. The online store is included in both Plus and Pro. The only differences are the number of products and the card transaction fee.
How much is charged per sale?
On Plus, 1.8% + €0.30 per card transaction. On Pro, aMarte takes no commission: you only pay the Stripe fee, 1.5% + €0.25 per transaction.
What if I need more than 4 products?
You can upgrade to Pro at any time and get unlimited products, keeping everything you have already set up.
Can I manage orders and refunds from the dashboard?
Yes. Both plans include the orders dashboard with statuses, email notifications and full or partial refunds.
What is Martin?
Martin is the aMarte AI assistant. On the Pro plan it comes with 1 million credits to answer your customers and help you manage your store.
