Can I use my current domain instead of getting a new one?
Yes. We can transfer your current domain into our management, or simply point its DNS records to your website, with no need to purchase it again.
Is the domain free if I have the PRO plan?
Yes. On the PRO plan the domain is included at no extra cost. This 24€/year service is for customers who aren't on the PRO plan or who want to manage an additional domain.
Can I also use the domain for my corporate email?
Yes. We configure the necessary records (MX) so you can use the domain for email, whether you contract our email service or an outside provider.
What happens if I want to cancel the service?
The domain is yours. If you decide not to renew it with us, we provide the transfer code (auth code) so you can take it to another provider without losing ownership.
